Stock Photo Description: PACIFIC OCEAN (Nov. 7, 2008) Aviation Boatswain's Mate (Fuels) 1st Class Antonio Osorio tightens a hydrostatic test cap onto the end of a flight deck of the Nimitz-class aircraft carrier USS Ronald Reagan (CVN 76). Since such a high water pressure is used to test hoses, the caps must be precisely aligned and tightly seated. The Ronald Reagan Carrier Strike Group is on a routine deployment in the U.S. 7th Fleet area of responsibility operating in the Western Pacific and Indian oceans.
