Stock Photo Description: A thin layer of oily scum floats on standing water (rainwater) which has accumulated in a steel drum at an industrial site. A brilliant iridescent sheen with a metallic luster is visible on the weathered, semisolid scum. The scum layer was mechanically agitated with a stick, which caused it to fragment.
