FORD ISLAND, Hawaii (April 24, 2008) The battleship USS Missouri Memorial is illuminated in red, white and blue for the 23rd annual Hawaii Military Appreciation Month opening ceremony. The ceremony kicked off a month-long celebration to express appreciation and "mahalo" to Hawaii's service members for their everyday sacrifices here and abroad.
